WHAT IS KIEHL’S REWARDS PROGRAM?
Kiehl’s Rewards is the Kiehl’s point-based loyalty program where members earn points on every product purchase from Kiehl’s retail stores in India (excluding gift cards and e-gift cards) and enjoy exclusive offers, early access to exclusive promotions, and much more. To join, simply visit any Kiehl’s store and provide your contact information to a Kiehl’s Customer Representative available in store, or sign up online at www.kiehls.in/rewards
HOW KIEHL’S REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?
Your member account is activated the day you enroll in Kiehl’s Rewards Program and lasts for 365 days from your last purchase date. Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s India Retail Stores only and can start redeeming them once you have collected 600 points or more. Your mobile number is must for your Kiehl’s Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered mobile number when purchasing or referring your Kiehl’s Rewards account in store.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE IS QUALIFIED FOR POINTS EARNING?
Kiehl’s Rewards is the Kiehl’s point-based loyalty program where members earn points on every purchase and enjoy exclusive offers, early access to exclusive promotions, and much more. Any Kiehl’s product purchase is a qualifying purchase for points earning. Purchase of Kiehl’s gift cards or e-gift cards are not eligible as qualifying purchases.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Rewards Program, you can start earning points on every purchase that you make at Kiehl’s India stores, points equalizing to 10% of bill amount.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY KIEHL’S REWARD POINTS?
Kiehl’s Rewards points will be updated to the customer’s Rewards account within 24 hours after the qualifying purchase. For example, if you spend INR 1000 on November 12, your Kiehl’s reward will reflect 100 Reward Points in your reward account by November 13. Kiehl’s Rewards points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR PRODUCTS?
You can redeem your points in the form of discount while making a purchase at any Kiehl’s India store only and it cannot be redeemed for cash. Provide your registered Mobile Number at the billing counter or ask our Kiehl’s Customer Representative to redeem points and they will be happy to help you. Your 1 Point is equivalent to INR 1.
HOW CAN I EARN KIEHL’S REWARDS WELCOME VOUCHER?
You can earn Kiehl’s Rewards Welcome Voucher of INR 250 by enrolling yourself in Kiehl’s Rewards Program and making the first purchase bill for INR 2500 or above.
WHEN DO MY KIEHL’S REWARDS CERTIFICATES / POINTS / STATUS EXPIRE?
Your Kiehl’s Rewards Welcome Voucher expires 90 days after issuance. Your points expire annually (365 days) from the date of issuance into your Kiehl’s Rewards account.
Your tier status (Silver, Gold, and Black) expires annually from the date of your last purchase in your Kiehl’s Rewards account.
AM I ENTITLED TO EARN POINTS ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES IF I REGISTER WITH KIEHL'S REWARDS TODAY?
You are eligible to earn points only on purchases made after joining Kiehl’s Rewards Program. All the purchases made before the date of joining are not eligible for point accumulation.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY KIEHL’S REWARDS ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Log in to My Account at https://www.kiehls.in/customer/account/ and update your information at any time. You can also visit Kiehl’s retail store and let a Customer Representative know that you have to update your account information and the Customer representative will take care of it for you. Your information will be updated within 24 hours of making the request.
